The only member of the COPS with a very noteworthy voice is Bulletproof, who has this sort of “Untouchables†thing going which I really liked. The crooks are a bit better and a bit worse. Big Boss talks in this old timey “Myeah! You’ll never take me alive, coppers! Myeah!†kind of voice which is hilarious for the first 5 minutes. And then there’s the worst of the lot, Berserko, who has a voice so shrill and irritating you may never finish the first disk.

But now, San Francisco seeks to protect them for cops but ban them for citizens, which certainly seems to violate the spirit of the Second Amendment and intent of allowed an armed citizenry to stand against police state tyranny.

Write down the cops’ names and badge numbers and the names and contact information of any witnesses. Record everything that happens. If you are expecting a lot of police contact, get in the habit of carrying a small tape recorder and a camera with you. Be careful – cops don’t like people taking notes, especially if the cops are planning on doing something illegal. Observing them and documenting their actions may have very different results; for example, it may cause them to respond aggressively, or it may prevent them from abusing you or your friends.

You know, the way they cast the cops as the assholes in the Chicago Fire series?

As of 12 p.m., several hundred vehicles were still waiting to join the procession. By 1:25 p.m., more than three hours after the procession began, a Pierce County sheriff’s car was the last vehicle to leave McChord.

In Chula Vista , we average one cop for every 600 people. Only about 60% of those cops are on general duty (or what you might refer to as “patrol”) where we do most of our harassing.

Explain that you expect managers and supervisors to hold themselves to a higher level of professionalism than employees.

Of course. Example 1: Kid jumps out in front of my car without warning. I run him over and kill him. There is no intent to kill despite the fact that a death occurs. Example 2: A doctor prescribes a drug for the patient. The patient has no history of allergies. The patient nonetheless experience anaphylactic shock and dies. No intent to kill even though death occurs. Example 3: We get into a fight. I punch you, and you fall over, hit your head on a rock, and die from the concussion. No intent to kill, because death is not a likely consequence of my actions. Conversely: I shoot a police officer in the chest 10 times with a submachine gun. He does not die because he is wearing a vest. Nearly everyone would find an intent to kill. I place a powerful explosive device in the receiver of someone’s phone. It detonates when he answers the phone, but the victim drops the receiver and it only blows off his legs and he survives. Nearly everyone would find an intent to kill. Intent is proved by the totality of the facts and circumstances.
